I need to buy a gps tracker and other spy gear from bangkok. Can you suggest me some outlets in bangkok?

I saw a similar gps tracker called tracstick being sold by a US based firm. Also the spy equipment is to be used for professional surveillance operations.

why bangkok? anything you buy made in the usa will not be cheaper in bangkok.
Only place for electronics is at Pantip Plaza off Petchburi Road. However you are not likely to find anything that might suit you, Thailand is not known for carrying new gadgets, especially from overseas.
Your best bet will be to try shopping for such stuff in Hong Kong or in Singapore.
